Google Chrome



1. Open your Google Chrome browser by clicking on the desktop icon.



       



2. Click on the Customize and Control tab on the top right of the Chrome window (represented by three vertical dots).



       

3. Click on Settings.



       

       


4. Click on Show advanced settings (found at the bottom of the settings page).



       



5. Click on the Clear browsing data tab. 


 

       


  

6. Ensure that the box marked Cached Images and Files is checked. Then, click on Clear browsing data.


       




Mozilla Firefox



1. Open your Mozilla Firefox browser by clicking on the desktop icon.


       



2. Click on Options (the gear icon at the top right of the window).

       



3. Click on Privacy (found in the navigation bar on the left).

       



4. Click on clear your recent history (highlighted in blue).

       




Internet Explorer



1. Click on the Internet Explorer icon. If it is not present on the desktop, it can be found in the task bar (at the bottom of the screen) or in the Windows Start Button.




       



2. Click on Tools (the gear icon at the top right of the window) or press Alt + X (Alt and the X keys simultaneously).



       


OR



3. Hold the mouse over Safety in the settings window.



       



4. Click on Delete browsing history.



       



5. In the Delete browsing history window, ensure that the Temporary Internet files and website files box is checked.



       



6. Click on Delete.
