Using the universal remote, press
- MAIN + POWER ON (green button) while pointing at the projector
- MAIN + CHROMECAST (softkey), while pointing at equipment rack
Once the Google Chromecast screen (photos) appear, use a laptop to connect to the OBPL_Staff wifi:
- OPEN CHROME browser click on the menu button (three vertical dots near top right).
- SELECT 'Cast to' and choose 'Cast desktop'.
- CLICK OBPL_Chromecast.
- On the 'Share Your Screen' window, UNCHECK 'SHARE AUDIO'.
Your computer screen should now be mirrored on the projector screen.
- LEAVE CHROME OPEN to stay connected, regardless of what you want to do on the computer.
- While watching show, use SELECT to pause and resume playback, and the VOLUME BUTTONS to control sound level. (Or, press MAIN and use appropriate softkeys.)
When done, EXIT CHROME to end mirroring.
- MAIN + STANDBY (Power Off / red button), to turn off all equipment.

N.B.: Only the first and last steps (turning the projector on and off) require pointing the universal remote at the projector. Otherwise, point at the AppleTV in the equipment rack.
