LMxAC has found that Director’s Station works best with Internet Explorer these days. But if you’ve upgraded your PC or your browser and find that Director’s Station is not letting you in, it may be due to a compatibility issue between the program and newer versions of Internet Explorer. The easiest way to fix this is to turn on Compatibility view for Director’s Station.

Procedure for turning on compatibility view mode for Director’s Station:

  1. From within Internet Explorer, go to Tools >> Compatibility View settings (it’s about halfway down the menu under Tools):

  2. Next you need to add our Director’s Station IP address to the list of websites using compatibility view by entering the full address and clicking Add. Then click Close.
  3. Director’s Station should start working immediately after this change:
