When entering "Open in a Separate Window" for links on the website, sometimes the page will continue to open in the same window. This issue mainly occurs for the database links. To fix this problem:

  1. Log onto the website to edit webpage
  2. Click on the database you would like to edit
  3. Make sure that the option at the bottom of the page "Open this link in new tab" is selected
  4. On the right hand side of the page below the "Categories tab" there is a field titled "Database Link". In the space for "Insert URL" make sure that that field is EMPTY. That is what causes the page to continue to open in the same tab even when the "Open this link in new tab" option is selected at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click UPDATE to save your changes.
